On Call Fitness Equipment Repair and Preventative Maintenance

The City and County of Denver, Department of Parks and Recreation, (City) is soliciting proposals for on call fitness equipment repair & preventative maintenance. No site visits, tours, or in-person meetings will be offered outside of the preproposal meeting date and time. GENERAL: As its best interests may appear, the City reserves the right to reject any or all submittals and to waive informalities in the qualifications or proposals. All responses submitted to the City pursuant to this RFP, and contracts made and entered into by the City, will be subject to all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity ordinances, rules and regulations, findings and policy determinations adopted, recognized or promulgated by the Director of the Division of Small Business Opportunity and the Executive Director of Parks and Recreation that may be in effect at the time of this RFP.
