The purpose of this quick quote is to obtain quotes from experienced, competent, and properly trained/certified contractors to install a concrete pad and sidewalk. All required certifications and licenses shall be provided to the County upon request. ITEM 1: Concrete Pad - Fire Training Center Pavilion Shelter Site Excavate soil/stone for pad grade approximately 30 feet by 40 feet and approximately 6 inches in depth. Install 4 inch VDOT 21B (or equivalent) aggregate stone base Install WWF 4x4 - W2.9xW2.9 wire mesh Pour and brush finish 4" 4,000 PSI Portland Cement Concrete Completion Date: May 31, 2022 3.3 ITEM 2: Side Walk - Fire Training Center Pavilion Site Excavate soil/stone for sidewalk to grade spec approximately 5feet by 75 feet. Install 4 inch VDOT 21B (or equivalent) aggregate stone base Install WWF 4x4 - W2.9xW2.9 wire mesh Pour and brush finish 4" 4,000 PSI Portland Cement Concrete Completion Date: Work to begin on or after July 1, 2022 and completed by August 15, 2022. (Project dependent on adjacent construction project completion)
