The contractor shall be responsible for cleaning the Ag center. The following are the activities to be performed: 1. Three (3) days per week: A. Empty all trash receptacles. B. Sweep entrances, lobbies, break area, kitchen and community room. C. Spot sweep floors, and spot vacuum carpets. D. Clean drinking fountains. E. Sweep and damp mop toilet area F. Clean all toilet fixtures, mirrors and replenish toilet supplies. G. Dispose of all trash and garbage generated in or about the building. H. Dust horizontal surfaces that are readily available and visibly require dusting. I. Clean glass entry and exit doors 2. Weekly: A. Damp mop floors in toilets. 3. Every Two Weeks: A. Damp mop entrances, lobbies, break area, kitchen and community room. 4. Monthly: A. Completely sweep and/or vacuum carpets. B. Remove carpet stains. C. Spot clean all wall surfaces within 70 inches of the floor. 5. Every Two Months: A. Damp wipe toilet wastepaper, stall partitions, doors, window sills, & frames. B. Roll up and vacuum under entry mat 6. Three Times a Year: A. Clean metal and stone surfaces in lobbies 7. Annually A. Wash all interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces. B. Wash/clean all blinds. C. Dust all surfaces within 70 inches from the floor, including light fixtures. D. Vacuum all draperies in place.
