Asphalt Resurfacing and Sidewalk Maintenance

The City of Morristown is accepting sealed bids from qualified vendors for sidewalk installation and/or replacement, removal and restoration; as well as the furnishing and installation of asphalt materials per the Tennessee Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction,as currently revised. Upon the approval of the selected bidder, the City of Morristown is seeking an initial contract that will cover approximately a two (2) year term that begins after City Council approval. Please provide a sample contract with bid. The term will run to June 30, 2023.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
