Asphalt and Seal Coat Services for OSU-IT

Base Bid: Scope of work: 1. Asphalt repairs: Mill down and replace 4” of asphalt at the Noble Center Parking Lot located at Wilham Drive and Wayne Miller Drive at OSUIT, Okmulgee, OK This area is shaded in light blue on the provided map. Stabilization of subgrade will be required and included on this portion of the work. 2. Asphalt Seal coat: Seal coat in accordance with the specifications by manufacturer. Seal coat to be applied in the 40 square feet per gallon and to include two coats as described by Ultraseal Systems Type 2 or approved equal at East Entrance of Bob Klabenes Drive. Add Alternate 1: Scope of Work: 1. Asphalt repairs: Mill down and replace 4” of asphalt at the Grady Clack Parking Area, North side at OSUIT, Okmulgee, OK . Stabilization of subgrade will be required and included on this portion of the work.
