| Description | The scope of work generally consists of the cleaning and repair of the historic limestone stairway of Walnut Hill Park, New Britain, Connecticut. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, sex, religions, color or national origin. The Contractor must adhere to all relevant provisions of Section 46a-95 of the Connecticut General Statutes, and any other relevant laws and regulations regarding Affirmative Action. The Contractor shall comply with the Copeland Anti-Kickback Act and Regulations of the Secretary of Labor (29 CFR, Part 3). The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of a bid presented, or to invite proposals as its interest may appear. |
