Install Plant Bypass Piping

All work shall be performed in the Boiler Plant, Bldg. 8, located at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center at 800 Zorn Avenue, Louisville, KY 40206. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and supervision needed to install a pipe bypass for both the condensate and DA tanks. Both bypasses will have no less than two each isolation valves. All work is to be insulated once completed. Contractor will need to schedule all work to be done after hours. All trash and debris will need to be removed from the site at the end of each shift and once project is completed.

Division 03 -	Concrete, Concrete Reinforcing, Cast-in-Place Concrete.
Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks, Heating Boilers.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
Division 42 -	Process Heating, Cooling, and Drying Equipment, Process Boilers.
