Emerald Trail Model Project Construction - PQ Horizontal

The work covered by these plans and specifications consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment; and performing all operations necessary for the construction of the EMERALD TRAIL MODEL PROJECT as specified in the Contract Documents. The Project will involve providing complete construction services for a 1.3 mile urban 14-ft-wide concrete trail. The areas of work to be performed will include the following: - Minor Roadway Construction, including milling and resurfacing, curb and gutter, sidewalk, and drainage construction - Hardscape / Landscape / Site Furnishings Installation; - Minor Bridge Construction over an Active Railroad; - Boardwalk Construction; - Lighting – trail, roadway, and accent lighting; - Traffic Signalization; - Pedestrian and Bicycle Signalization; - Signing and Pavement Marking - Trail and wayfinding signage
