| Description | Provide all material and installation of new styrene-butadiene-styrene (sbs) modified bituminous membrane roofing system which includes the following: A. Remove existing roofing system to deck including existing roof field, insulation, metal edge, flashings, vent stacks, curbing, scuppers, gutters and other general rooftop accessories and specialties. B. Verify integrity of existing roof deck. C. Repair and/ or replace existing deck as required. D. Install roof insulation as required to meet current state and city energy codes. E. Install new fully adhered styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) modified bituminous roof system including all materials, metal edge flashing, boots, vent stacks, curbing, scuppers and/ or gutters and other roof specialties and accessories as required. F. Install new walking pads from roof access to and around existing rooftop units. G. Provide minimum two year warranty on all installed work. H. Provide minimum 20 year NDL manufacturer’s warranty on all material and workmanship. I. Total roof area is approximately 5,130 SF. |
