As of August 5, 2022, the District decided to postpone this work and re-bid next year due to budget constraints and the lack of bids for one of the lots. No definite date for the rebid. The District is seeking to contract with a single company to assist in the improvement of the parking lots. The District specifically reserves the right to award both Projects to one contractor or to award each Project to separate contractors, whichever the District determines, in its sole discretion, to be in its best interests.
