Labor, equipment, gravel, concrete and blacktop related to a water line replacement project proposed for Howard’s Mill Road Phase II Mt. Sterling, Kentucky. Please note materials for this project will be supplied by the owner. This project consists of an estimated 3,940 feet of 8” class 350 ductile iron pipe, reconnection of service lines, along with related accessories.
