The furnishing of all labor, equipment, devices, tools, materials, transportation, professional services, supervision, drawings, permitting and all miscellaneous requirements. Remove and properly dispose of four (4) existing HVAC units. to furnish and install two (2) new, like for like roof top package units. to furnish and install one (1) new, like for like, wall hung fresh air package unit. to furnish and install one (1) new, like for like, Trane, or PBC approved equal, split system unit. to remove old exterior ductwork and install all new exterior ductwork. All sheet metal must be double walled stainless steel cross-break type from unit connection flange into (doghouse) roof/ wall openings. to remove existing HVAC package unit, doghouse, curb and associated flashings completely. Scrape gravel surfacing back min. 30” inches around the existing curb for new roof ply connections. Infill roof area with roof insulation to match existing roof thickness and type, install a layer of perma-ply 28 base sheet and simultaneously attach with screws and plates to the metal deck as required for a watertight connection
