Questions Due Date & Time: January 20, 2023 by 5:00PM Purchasing Agent: Ashley McMichael Phone Number: 405-713-1488 E-mail: purchasing@oklahomacounty.org Contractor can expect to work around other contractors as simultaneous projects are occurring, will work hand-inhand with Oklahoma County Facilities Management staff from Communication, Electrical, and Asbestos Abatement Crews, and utilize space on 5th floor for storing preserved items and materials. The contractor will be responsible for performing the following tasks as outlined below and furnish all labor, equipment, insurance, supervision, and other means of incidental necessary for proper demolition, removal and/or preservation. All debris to be properly disposed of according to all applicable local laws and regulations. Debris removal will not be allowed by use of elevators. Location of window shoot to dumpster location in alley will be specified to contractor prior to the start of work
