The purpose and intent of these specifications is to secure a bid for Dutchess County, hereinafter "County", for a competent and reliable source of material for an undetermined quantity of the guide rail and accessories, signposts and galvanized square tubular sign posts. The items listed on the bid proposal sheet are representative of yearly usage estimates based on current usage. Other related items may be added to or deleted from the list depending upon the needs or requirements of the County. The purpose of this bid is to obtain the lowest possible cost for all of the items listed, from the most responsible bidder(s).
