Other Details All prospective contractors shall access the Documents & Attachments Tab to review and download all RFP documents posted on the PlanetBids website for the Project. Consultants shall complete the required forms in their entirety and submit electronically with their proposal through the PlanetBids system. Consultants will not be able to submit their proposals without uploading each of the required documents through the PlanetBids system. Notes Consultants shall upload each required RFP form individually. Please allow sufficient time to fully complete and upload each and every document prior to the proposal submission deadline. Proposal documents can be uploaded, modified or withdrawn any time prior to the proposal submission deadline.
