Description

General Scope of Work – The Scope of work includes mowing, trimming, edging and cleanup (blower and trash) of the parks/grounds belonging to Springville City Buildings and Grounds department as listed in this RFP. The time period to perform such services is anticipated to be March 1st through November 30th, as weather permits or as decided by the City based operational best practices, as the Contractor will be expected to provide a credit to the City based upon late start or early completion of services outlined in this RFP. Project Location is City parks located in Hobble Creek Canyon (does not include the Hobble Creek Golf Course) and two City cemeteries.
