Homeward Way, New Territory and Thompson Chapel WP Ground Storage Tank Rehabilitation

Location of Work: 1. 5505 Homeward Way, Sugar Land, Texas 77479 2. 4421 ½ New Territory Blvd., Sugar Land, Texas 77479 3. 4603 Thompson Chapel Road, Sugar Land, Texas 77479 The project entails the rehabilitation of one 0.25 MG ground storage tank at the Homeward Way Water Plant, one 0.50 MG ground storage tank at the New Territory Water Plant, and one 0.35 MG ground storage tank at Thompson Chapel Water Plant. The rehabilitation includes but is not limited to, blasting and coating of tank interior and exterior with full containment, and removal and replacement of tank appurtenances including interior cathodic protection. Contractor is requested to provide relevant project experience and references similar to the project description outlined above.
