| Description | Roof Improvements and Exterior Masonry Repairs Project Scope of Work shall consist of the following, but not limited to, the removal and legal disposal of the existing roof and building materials, replacement of rotten/damaged wood sheathing, construction of new roofing insulation, SBS, PMMA Liquid Applied Roofing, Synthetic Slate Shingles and Standing Seam Metal roofing systems. Work shall include installation of new metal fascia, copings, roof drains, built-in and hanging gutters, and leaders at parapet walls, and the connection to the metal roof (to remain). Project includes all work incidental to and necessary for complete and finished watertight roof surfaces. Masonry Restoration includes replacement of deteriorated facade's masonry, brick, CMU, dimensional stone, cast stone and new steel reinforcement. | ||||
