Description

From qualified consultants to provide a Preliminary Engineering Report on Utley Creek Water Reclamation Facility upgrades, based on the recently completed Utley Creek Master Plan, while also exploring viable alternatives to accommodate future wastewater needs. The Town of Holly Springs intends to hire a NC Licensed Professional Engineer to provide: (1) A Preliminary Engineering Report (PER), and (2) An Alternatives Analysis (AA) to assist the Town on determining the most cost-effective and strategic path for the treatment of projected wastewater flows.
