Pick-up, Removal and Lawful Disposal of Asphalt, Concrete, Rock, Brick, and Dirt Debris

To provide for the pick-up, removal and lawful disposal of asphalt, concrete, rock, brick, and dirt debris from the following locations: Department of Public Works Organic Yard – 610 Nepperhan Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10701, St. Casmir’s Lot – 59 St. Casmir’s Avenue, Yonkers NY 10701, EJ Murray Skating Center – 348 Tuckahoe Road, Yonkers NY 10710. *Locations may be added, removed, or altered, if required. This contract will be for a 12-month period and may be extended by mutual consent for an additional 12-month period, at the same unit prices, discounts, terms and conditions, and delivery requirements as the original contract. 1. Pick-up, removal, and lawful disposal of rock and dirt debris from all three (3) locations. The Contractor shall pick-up a minimum of twice per week approximately 400 tons per week. 2. Pick-up, removal, and lawful disposal of source separated concrete, asphalt, and brick located at the St. Casimir’s Lot location. The Contractor shall pick-up once per week at a minimum of approximately 150 tons per week.
