| Description | This project consists of, but is not limited to, renovations of the existing HVAC systems. Included are demolition, acoustical tile & grid replacement, painting, mechanical, electrical, and other scope of work as indicated in the Contract Documents. Also, included will be the completion of the new Mechanical Room Addition. Work will include the demolition of the existing RTU’s currently serving the classrooms along the three corridors and the installation of a cooling tower to be connected to new Water Source Heat Pumps and Energy Recovery Units serving these same classrooms. The work will also include whatever relocation and reconnection of existing utilities or other construction elements required to install the new Water Source Heat Pumps. |
