| Description | Defense Finance and Accounting Service Columbus (DFAS-CO) requires Canine Bed Bug Inspection Services on a quarterly basis per year to determine any bed bugs infestations for live bed bugs and viable bed bug eggs, through the use of canine scent detection to pin point the locations of bed bug activity as described in the Statement of Work (SOW) (attached separately). Item 001: Canine Bed Bug Inspection Services as described in the separately attached SOW. Quantity = 4/ea during the base year period of performance with inspection services beginning 30 days after notice of award and every quarter thereafter for the remaining performance period. Unit price shall be provided per inspection per year. Item 002: Canine Bed Bug Inspection Services as described in the separately attached SOW. Quantity = 4/ea during the first option year period of performance with inspection services beginning 30 days after effective date of option exercised and every quarter thereafter for the remaining performance period. Unit price shall be provided per inspection per year. Item 003: Canine Bed Bug Inspection Services as described in the separately attached SOW. Quantity = 4/ea during the second option year period of performance with inspection services beginning 30 days after effective date of option exercised and every quarter thereafter for the remaining performance period. Unit price shall be provided per inspection per year. Item 004: Canine Bed Bug Inspection Services as described in the separately attached SOW. Quantity = 4/ea during the third option year period of performance with inspection services beginning 30 days after effective date of option exercised and every quarter thereafter for the remaining performance period.
