This 21,000 SF Pre-engineered Structure is slated for the summer of 2023 start (Approximately 6/15/2023). Bidders are encouraged to review the project schedule and provide feedback if durations cannot be met or do not seem acceptable. All scopes of the project are currently bidding except for Metal Building Systems, Earthwork, Utilities, Exterior Improvements and Landscaping. They include but are not limited to: Cast in place concrete, polished concrete finishing, unit masonry, adhered stone masonry, structural steel framing, metal fabrications, alternating tread stairs, pipe and tube railings, rough carpentry, miscellaneous rough carpentry, sheathing, plastic laminate cabinets, thermal insulation, fluid applied weather barriers, metal composite material wall panels, formed metal wall panels, soffit panels, snow guards, joint sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, aluminum frames, flush wood doors, composite fiberglass doors, coiling counter doors, sectional doors, aluminum framed entrances and storefronts, glazed aluminum curtain walls, door hardware, glazing, mirrors, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board, ceramic tiling, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient base and accessories, resilient tile flooring, tile carpeting, exterior painting, interior painting, plastic laminate toilet compartments, toilet bath and laundry accessories, fire protection cabinets, fire extinguishers, plastic laminate clad countertops, solid surface countertops, pre-engineered metal building systems, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, security.
