Description | As of August 16, 2023, this store is planned to open by November, 2023. Trades: Plumbing – Two restrooms, mop sink, drinking fountain, eye wash. Install roof drains. Electrical – Install service, owner supplied panels, switchgear, lighting, EMS and site lighting. Install power circuits for checkouts, equipment and office. Install conduits for low voltage. HVAC – Install owner supplied split systems. Supply and install fully insulated ductwork, diffusers and exhaust fans. Supply and install roof vents with curbs and economizers. Fire Sprinkler – New sprinkler system with fire pump. Framing/Drywall – Frame and sheetrock two restrooms, office and header wall. Install Z-furring, rigid insulation and sheetrock on exterior block walls. Frame and sheet entry portal. EIFS – EIFS portal and cornice. Acoustical Ceiling – Acoustic ceiling in parts area A. Painting – Paint interior of block walls and new interior walls, door frames and floor striping. Paint exterior walls, doors and bollards. Polished Concrete – Per plans.
