Description

Preliminary Engineering for the widening of Sewickley Oakmont Road (SR 4022) at the intersection of Perry Highway (SR 0019) to add an additional dedicated right turning lane from Sewickley Oakmont Road (SR 4022) onto Perry Highway (SR 0019) and the design of a sidewalk along Sewickley Oakmont Road (SR 4022) from Carriage Drive to Perry Highway (SR 0019). Design activities may include, but are not limited to: roadway design, ASTA schedule, field surveys, research background drawings/information, right-of-way investigation, potential for right of way acquisition assistance, research of required permits, coordination of public involvement, environmental documentation, design field view submission, constructability reviews, utility coordination, possible SUE, preliminary pavement design, preliminary drainage design, preliminary maintenance and protection of traffic plan, preliminary geotechnical investigation and required submissions, preliminary traffic signal design, and preliminary signing and pavement marking plan.
