| Description | 1. Pre-Function Gallery North 017. Remove and dispose of existing carpet. Prepare substrate by removing residual adhesive and properly providing a smooth substate to install new floor covering. Furnish and install Forbo - Flotex Modular Flooring; Style Lava; colors Tambora and Vesuvius in a basket weave pattern. See attached specification. No substitutions will be accepted. 1.1 Remove eight (8) recessed mats and fill recess with cementitious filler to provide suitable substrate to install new floor covering. Furnish and install Forbo-Coral walk off mats in front of Main Street Entrance doors. Color to be selected by owner from manufacturer’s full range of colors. See attached specification. No substitutions will be accepted. 1.2 Existing wall base to remain. |
