| Description | Concrete foundation framing and foundation construction for a 36x60 pre-fab metal building in the Diamond Lake area per the attached engineered foundation plans. (SEE EXHIBIT A). In addition, initial “roughed in” plumbing connections for a future bathroom should be included in the work. The project MUST conform to the engineered plans and pass code inspection by the Douglas County Building Department. It is the County’s desire to award the contract as soon as possible following the deadline in hopes the work can be completed prior to snowfall or heavy rains in the Diamond Lake area without compromising quality. |
