The contract for the above will be awarded to the contractor with lowest bid. The Authority requires that all bids be responsive to this invitation and that bidders be responsible. The Authority will follow established procedures for determining the responsibility of bidders. The Authority hereby notifies all potential service providers that disadvantaged, minority and women-owned business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit proposals in response to this notice and there will be no discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, national origin, disability or marital status in the award of the contract or any subcontract.
