Description | As of June 8, 2023, a designer has been selected for the New Elementary School in Culpepper and the two schools have been split into different projects. No firm timeline has been established for the construction. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference The District requires professional architectural and engineering services for modernization/addition or replacement of the existing Crestwood Intermediate School and for a new elementary school at Culpepper Landing. The District plans to select one or two qualified architectural firms for services to be provided in a timely manner. Crestwood Intermediate School The Project is intended to provide for a total school capacity of 900 students in grades PK-5, including full day kindergarten; it will include the design, construction documents, special inspections, and contract administration, for the related modernization/addition/demolition or replacement; as well as removal and disposal of any hazardous materials as required by state and federal law.
