Purchase and Redevelop property at Former Jamestown Mall

As of October 2, 2023 demolition has begun as of September 2023. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. From qualified developers to purchase and redevelop an approximately 140acre property located at the former Jamestown Mall site in St. Louis County, Missouri. The property includes improvements with at least 1 million square feet under roof and 2 million square feet of asphalt parking. It is located adjacent to N.
