4W Office Relocation

Upstate University Hospital to renovate two spaces on the Basement level for office space and public toilet room at the Community Campus Location. The total project includes the renovation of 2,770 gross square feet. The Base Bid portion of the project is a minor renovation indicated as Area ‘A’ on the contract documents and is 1,240 SF. Area ‘A’ renovates a vacant locker room and toilet room to become an office suite and public Women’s Toilet. Alternate 1 is indicated as Area ‘B’ on the contract documents is a gut renovation and that area of work is 1,530 sf. Area ‘B’ renovates an existing staff training suite to reconfigure the space to better suit their needs. This occupancy will not change. State University of New York also has a goal for the Work Force participation: EEO 10% WBE and EEO 10% MBE of total work force on the project.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
