Description

The project includes demolition and construction to install a new granite plaza, brick walks, nine recognition columns, stormwater control devices including ‘sylva cells’ located in the Student Academic Services Building (SASB) Courtyard, between SASB North and SASB South, 450 Ridge Road and Manning Drive in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The scope of work will include redesign of parking and vehicular drive areas, construction of new pedestrian pathways, construction of new landscape and open space, and storm drainage and utility work required to accommodate the proposed site redesign
