To design, permit and construct a new potable water in-line booster pump station serving the South County area. Selection of a PDB team will be made based on qualifications. After selection, negotiations will be entered to progressively complete the project through appropriate project phases and Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). It is anticipated to complete the project in the following 2 phases: Design to 60%, permitting, and establishing a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Final design, construction, and commissioning
