Description

Planned improvements to the area of the Southwest Quadrant of Public Square and the sidewalk along the south side of Liberty Street west of Market Street to the first alley west of the square. The project consists of demolition of the existing streetscape features, grading, 9,000 square feet of clay brick pavers placed on a bituminous bed, various concrete work, landscaping, new electrical, furnishings and amenities.
