Canyon Road Sidewalk - 4380 North To Foothill Drive - City Of Provo

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Provo, Utah. Conceptual plans call for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot. This project is to install curb, gutter, sidewalk, and pavement on west side on Canyon Road from 4380 N to Foothill Dr. The project would allow Canyon Crest ES school children on the west side of Canyon Road sidewalk access north to the traffic signal at Foothill, instead of crossing Canyon Road at 4380 N. The project will require right-of-way from homes located in the County. As of June 17, 2022, this project is currently in the FY 2023-2027 CIP. Funding for this project is allotted in the city's capital improvement plan for construction FY 2024. A firm timeline has not been established; however, construction is scheduled for Fiscal Year 2024. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
