Description

The purpose of this RFP is to select the best qualified Design Team to work with the City on the Kids Kampus Replacement Park CIP Scope and the DIA on the Northbank CRA Scope to design the Shipyards West based on the JBDF Conceptual Shipyards Plan together with additional drafts depicting adjacent activated uses to develop a Master Plan and Schematic Design for Shipyards West in its entirety and 100% design and construction documents for Kids Kampus Replacement Park based on the Shipyards West Master Plan and Schematic Design, and to obtain all required permits and approvals for construction of a world-class, iconic park on the Kids Kampus Replacement Park Boundaries.
