Description

The project scope includes: Demolish an existing conference room and two existing sloped-floor classrooms (Rooms 236-238), along with associated stage platform spaces, and renovate the space into 22 new offices to support the Departments of Health & Kinesiology, and Parks, Recreation & Tourism. Overbuild the existing sloped floors to provide a new, level floor surface for the renovated office area. Install ten (10) new windows within the existing building exterior masonry wall to serve the outboard offices.
