THA AMP 1 and 3 Porch Storage Lockers

Bids to provide Porch Storage Lockers at each residential unit for THA AMP 1 properties and THA AMP 3 residences. 1. Provide ADA compliant single tier, one-door metal lockers, without legs, 12” wide x 18” deep by 72” tall, with 2 movable shelves, flat tops and finished side and rear panels. 2. Locker bodies to be constructed of minimum 16 gauge steel for doors, shelves and locker bottoms, and minimum 18 gauge steel for side and rear panels. 3. Provide continuous one-piece integral right hand door hinge (piano hinge). 4. Locker doors to include ventilation louvers at top and bottom. 5. Provide recessed handle with lifting trigger prepped to receive padlock provided by end user. Handle and latch must meet ADA requirements for accessibility. 6. Provide hooks at top of locker only, not on bottom of shelf. 7. Number plates will not be provided, blank or otherwise. 8. Lockers to receive Gray powder coated finish; the CTHC to confirm color prior to manufacture.
