RFP - Water, Sewer, and Wastewater Treatment Term Services

The Town of Christiansburg is seeking expressions of interest from qualified consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services for potable water distribution, wastewater collection and pumping, wastewater treatment, and programmatic/compliance assistance services under a fixed term services contract and on an as-needed basis relating to projects and services involving, but not limited to, planning studies, conceptual design, detailed designs, project management, coordination with third parties, contract administration, funding application assistance, permitting, surveying, public involvement, financial analyses, etc., related to said projects. Projects may utilize local, state, and/or federal funds and would be subject to such funding requirements if applicable. The Town of Christiansburg anticipates awarding multiple contracts to multiple qualified prime consultant firms as a result of this Request for Proposal through competitive negotiation. The contracts will be negotiated and awarded in accordance with the procedure set forth in the current Manual for the Procurement & Management of Professional Services, the Town of Christiansburg Procurement and Surplus Property Manual, and the Town's Procedure for Awarding Multiple Contracts to Multiple Offerors Under Terms Services Contracts (the "Distribution Policy"). The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
