West Oakland Avenue and North Cumberland Avenue Reconstruction – Phase 1 and Lakewood Avenue and East Oakland Avenue Construction

The W. Oakland Ave and N. Cumberland Ave Reconstruction – Phase 1 Project primarily consists of the installation of the stormwater system on the north side of W. Oakland Ave and on Cumberland Ave. This project will include the installation of a large baffle box and a stormwater splitter box on Cumberland Ave. The baffle box will be pre-purchased by the City and the City will coordinate the delivery of the baffle box to the site. Pipe diameters for the stormwater system include 30-inch, 36-inch, and 60-inch RCP. In addition, the project shall include the installation of an 8-inch gravity sewer line and rerouting of a 6-inch potable water line. Finally, the project shall include removal of existing City utilities, roadway reconstruction, removal and replacement of driveways and curb, sidewalk, and sodding and other restoration as may be required.
