Community Center and Justice Center Roof Repairs

Qualified firms or individuals for repairs of the Justice Center and Community Center Roofing systems. Repair needs have been highlighted in existing an inspection report. The Gilpin County Community Center is located at 250 Norton Drive, Gilpin County, CO. The Justice Center is located at 2690 Dory Hill Rd., Gilpin County, CO. Gilpin County is seeking to contract with qualified firms or individuals to perform specific outlined work highlighted in the current roofing inspection report. Work will include but may not be limited to: Gilpin County Community Center Correct end wall flashing where identified. Exposed wood decking lack of felts, and improper EPDM terminations at identified areas of end flashing to be corrected. Improper drainage pitches of EPDM low slope roofing, will need to be corrected at identified areas Holes/void will need to be properly repaired/patched in identified areas of the EPDM membrane Gilpin County Justice Center Improper drainage pitches of the ModBit low slope roofing system will need to be corrected in identified areas. Pan Flashing, Counter Flashing and Coping Flashing to be installed on identified CMU walls that tie in with the low slope ModBit system. Repair void/holes in identified areas of transition between Mod Bit systems and Standing Seam system with standard 3 course methods Mechanical Penthouse structure terminations and transition will need to be repaired or sealed as identified. Roof Drain pan will need to be sealed as identified.
