Sherwood South 1.0-MG Elevated Water Storage Tank Project

Question and Answer closes May 4, 2023 at 5:00 PM. Installation of a new 1-million-gallon elevated water storage tank; drive and parking; miscellaneous electrical work, utility improvements, site grading, coatings, and appurtenances. All bids must be accompanied by a cashiers check or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid (including alternates), made payable to the City of Topeka, Kansas. The original bid security shall be in the office of Contracts and Procurement before the closing date. Bid Closing will be public following receipt of Bids at the office of the Contracts & Procurement Division, 215 E. 7th Street, Basement, Room 60, Topeka, KS 66603. Bid Submittal requirements are explained in the Instructions to Bidders. All persons seeking to enter into a contract with the City shall submit an acceptable affirmative action program in accordance with Section 2.135.130 of the Code of the City of Topeka, Kansas.
