Work includes the following main items: Cold plane pavement removal, asphalt concrete pavement, full depth asphalt removal, with foundation stabilization, demolition work and other misc. items associated with street rehabilitation. Site Directions: E. Street between 5th St. and 2nd St. 1st Ave. between D. Street and C. Street. 3rd Ave. between D. Street and E Street. E Street between 5th Ave. & 2nd Ave. Including Pavement & roadbed demolition, new pavement with 4" in depth of pavement over new roadbed, replacement in kind of any signs/striping. 3rd Ave between D Street & E Street & 1st Ave. between D Street & C Street Including Cold plane Pavement demolition, new pavement with 4" depth, replacement in kind of any signs/striping.
