| Description | The existing bridge is a four-lane bridge, 87 feet long, 58’-2” wide, with sidewalks on each side. This bridge was built in 1947 and repaired in 1989. This work includes removal of the existing bituminous overlay from the bridge deck and approach slabs, surface milling ¼” of existing concrete bridge deck, placement of a 1 ¾” Modified Portland Cement Concrete bridge deck overlay, partial depth deck patching, patching the sidewalks and curbs, placing revetment riprap at the north ends of the bridge. |
