NDOT - District 3 - Columbus Maintenance Facility

Project Description: 21,887 square foot pre-engineered metal building consisting of equipment bays, wash bays, offices, and breakroom for use as a joint facility for the State of Nebraska, Department of Transportation, and the Nebraska State Patrol. Project involves civil, structural, architectural, plumbing, mechanical and electrical trades. A digital copy of bid documents is available for a non-refundable fee of $40.00 paid to A&D Technical Supply Co. Deposits will be returned in full upon giving the complete set in good condition and any received addenda to A&D Technical Supply within 14 days of the bid opening. Partial sets will not be issued.
