Description

Lydig Construction (General Contractor/ Construction Manager) is requesting sealed proposals from contractors for the above referenced scope of work. The project is to complete the Rainier Beach High School Replacement Deadline for questions: November 22nd, 2022 @ 3:00PM. Final Addendum will be issued around November 29th, 2022. Questions should, be directed to pmcglothlin@lydig.com. The GC/CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities on the bids received.
