Reconfigure 1st floor Planning

The City of Deltona is in the process of reconfiguring the City Hall First Floor offices for the Community Development Department. Phase 1 of this project is close to completion, and the City is working to begin Phase 2. Phase 2 is for the construction of ten (10) new offices for Planning and Code Compliance Divisions. The City of Deltona is requesting bids from Contractors to create ten (10) new offices. o Planning Division: a. Build four (4) new offices (offices size approximately 10' x 11' 5") b. Painted metal knockdown frames and stained solid white birch doors to match existing as close as possible. o Code Division: a. Build four (4) new offices (offices size approximately 10' x 11' 4") o Build two (2) new offices/filing room (offices size approximately 12' x 13' 11"). Painted metal knockdown frames and stained solid white birch doors to match existing as close as possible. o New interior walls shall be extended above the ceiling elevation approximately twelve (12) inches (retain all ceiling tile for re-installation). o New metal framed walls. o Drywall and paint for new framed walls. o Provide and install sound batt insulation between each new wall stud. o Trim existing acoustic tiles adjacent to the new walls.o Contractor to create a floor plan for the construction of the ten new offices. o Building permit is required: Contractor shall submit drawing for the new offices to the Building Department for building permit approval. o All work to be completed during regular working hours.
