Custodial Services for Quarles and Wyckoff Treatment Divisions

All questions related to the Project shall be submitted by email no later than 5:00 p.m., local time, August 31, 2022, to the Owner's Procurement Coordinator, at procurement@ccmwa.org. Questions, if answered, will be addressed by addendum to the Contract Documents. Receipt of any amendment to this Advertisement for Bids shall be acknowledged, in writing, and shall be submitted with the Bid. All Bids must be made out on the bid form to be obtained from the Owner with the contract documents. No interlineations, additions or deletions shall be made in the bid form by the Bidder. The Owner will in no way be liable for any costs incurred by any Bidder in the preparation of its Bid in response to this Advertisement for Bid. All Bids will remain subject to acceptance for ninety (90) days after the day of the Bid opening, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to that date. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive informalities and re-advertise.
