Description

Scope of work: To renovate the existing concrete vault within the Upstate Medical University Cancer Center. This vault was left empty when the building was constructed with the intent to fit-out when the department was ready. This vault will accommodate a new Linear Accelerator and will be modified to meet the additional shielding requirements to safely use this specific piece of equipment. The work as shown in the construction documents incorporates both demolition and proposed work that is necessary to turn over the vault so an equipment vendor can install the equipment.
