Davis Hall - Exterior Wall Mural Removal and Replacement

The complete removal of an Existing 3M IJ-8624 Graphic Film Mural (laminated with 3M 8524 Luster Overlaminate on face) from the face of the existing brick wall at Walter A. Davis Hall. The existing mural is approximately 23 feet wide x 41 feet tall (verify in field). The existing mural shall be removed in its entirety without damaging the existing brick wall surface. Contractor shall follow all manufacturer’s instructions for removal, and/or any industry standard recommendations for removal. NEW MURAL INSTALLATION BID: The complete installation of a New Graphic Mural on the face of an existing brick wall (same wall as above in Base Bid #1) at An electronic art file of the new mural (TBD) will be provided to the awarded Contractor. The new mural will be similar in size, style, colors, etc. as the existing mural (final artwork to be determined). The new mural shall be printed on 3M Scotchcal IJ-8624 Graphic Film for Textured Surfaces. Provide with 3M Scotchcal 8524 Luster Overlaminate protection. Installer shall prep the existing brick wall as required prior to the new installation and provide all necessary materials/equipment required for maximum adherence to the existing brick wall. Installer shall follow all manufacturer’s installation instructions and recommendations.
